Patient having a swelling over the elbow on olecranon- on USG of superficial MSK shows a fluid filled swelling with a clot in it. On aspiration there was a fluid with bloody tinge.– Haemorrhagic Bursitis. it occurs on minor injury to elbow of on pull.
